1. Acceptance of Terms By booking a consultation with Astrology Ulagam (operated by TECH ULAGAM TECHNOLOGY SOLUTION), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review these terms carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not proceed with booking a consultation.

2. Consultation Services Astrology Ulagam provides astrology consulting services based on Vedic astrology practices from South India. Our services are provided by freelance astrologers who offer insights and guidance based on the alignment of celestial bodies and astrological principles.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for scheduled consultations must be made in full by the customer at the time of booking.
We do not accept online payments; all payments must be made via the methods specified at the time of booking.
No hard copies of bills or receipts will be provided.

4. Refund Policy

Once an appointment is scheduled, the payment is non-refundable.
If you are not satisfied with your consultation, you may request to have a session with a different astrologer within our network at no additional cost.
To request a session with another astrologer, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of your initial consultation.

5. Rescheduling and Cancellations

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled consultation time. Rescheduling is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

6. Disclaimer

Our services are intended for guidance and informational purposes only. Astrology is not a science, and while our astrologers strive to provide accurate and helpful insights, results may vary.
Astrology Ulagam and its astrologers do not assume any liability for actions taken by clients based on the information provided during consultations.
We explicitly state that we do not offer legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice.

7. Confidentiality

All consultations are confidential. We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with any third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Astrology Ulagam, its affiliates, and astrologers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, India.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Astrology Ulagam reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.
